: I’ve received many questions that why I support Syrian revolution and...

“Supporting the |n people is not about being Syrian. It’s about being human.”

It’s not because i’m Arab,Muslim,Sunni or whatever, I support Syria because I’m human and what I see happening there is wrong.

After realizing how bad the situation in Syria is, I felt that it’s my responsibility to do something. Even though, what I do is nothing compared to others,but still I’m trying to help even if no one knows. I’m at least doing something, not like someone else who just sits on sofa,eat food and never say Alhamdulillah.  And yes, I know many of those who could be now living in a misery,but after they got better life they forgot nearly everything…even to thank Allah about what they have.

Anyway. Asking me why do I tweet (mainly RT) about Syria and not about, well fashion or start tweeting quotes as I used to tweet before.MMM, not wanting to be mean ,but it’s none of our business what i tweet. If you like what i tweet go head and RT, and if you dislike there is the unfollow button, hit it and the problem is solved. Easy? Yes.

I didn’t make twitter, tumblr or pinterest just to gain followers. There is no point if i did them for that cause. And yes, i do know that if i tweet about nonsense like Justin Bieber,One Direction or fashion I would have much more followers,but no. I tweet about politics,human rights and I RT very much. Get over it.

The other thing I want to say is that Syrian revolution started peacefully. I’m not Syrian and  I can’t speak behalf of the Syrian people, but I think that I know that no one wanted this revolution to turn into war between unarmed civilians and heavy armed Syrian Regime Army. No one of us, Syrians or non-Syrians, wanted that bloodshed to start and to be still ongoing.Both of us ,me and you who read this, know that what is happening in Syria is wrong & shame to be even happening.

We wake up in the morning, have water to make wudu and shower with, have mother,child,father,wife or husband to kiss and hug when ever we feel to do so. We have food and electricity. We are allowed to go out shopping with no fear to be hit by a sniper or detained and blamed to be terrorist only for buying piece of bread. We should say Alhamdulillah. But unfortunately many doesn’t say so.

In Syria, when they wake up the may not have water,nor a loved on to hug and kiss. The may not have electricity or food. They are killed while buying bread.Before leaving their houses they look at their loved ones  as if it’s the last time they will see each other.  They pray and are close to Allah. They say Alhamdulillah even after they have buried their children.

Now, while i’m writing this maybe pointless post, someone has been slaughtered, city has been shelled or someone is being tortured right now. But you know what? I can give you names,pictures and facts & even after that, those hero’s will stay numbers for some people. That’s sad. That’s cruel. That’s ugly thing. I know, but so is the world we live in.

I just simply want to say that I support Syria revolution and I believe that it’s extremely clear to many. But if someone is so stupid and doesn’t understand that ,dare to come  and call me anything. I just tell you that, calling me names doesn’t define who i am,it defines who you are. You who waste your own time just to annoy others with meaningless stuff.

Usually people end their posts with: best regards,greetings or wish you the best. But i’ll finish this with;

“Al Shaam is obligation upon you.”

“Did you know if Al Shaam is corrupted, what would this mean?Upon Imam Ahmed, Al Tirmidhi and Ibn Hibban that Muhammad (pbuh) said: ‘If Al shaam is corrupted there is no goodness in any of you’ “

So, keep praying for our families in Syria. Please do so and thank you.

God bless them

The situation in Syria worsens but Hazem Chehabi is still a public representative of the esteemed University of California System today. Over 90 people massacred at the hands of the Syrian Regime. This cannot be tolerated. If we do not stand up for these helpless people, who will?
Together we can take a step to create awareness of this issue, and get Chehabi to resign from his position as Chairman of the UCI Foundation.
You can help the situation in many ways RIGHT NOW!
